VTB bank selected EcoProg, the leading engineering company in Russia, for the reconstruction and relocation of external engineering systems within the reconstruction of Dynamo Stadium. To gain the edge required to meet the strict deadline, Clark searched for a technology solution that would manage information efficiently. By using Latista™ Field, Clark was able improve collaboration, reduce chances for error, decrease staffing needs and manage tens of thousands of punch list issues in only four weeks. Clark stayed within the $611 million budget and delivered on time.

Hoffman Construction used Latista™ software on $3B facility

An Industry leading chip-maker selected Latista to automate the quality and commissioning processes on their microchip plant and picked Hoffman Construction as their designated general contractor.

Both needed a great communication system to make sure all project members were on the same page, from the owner to the subcontractors . On this job there were more than 500 managers and trades working at any given time. With the availability of Latista on mobile devices, inspectors were more productive because they completed more inspections, logged deficiencies faster and created reports instantly. The digital entry of data on electronic forms saved time from retyping the commissioning test data and it also stored the information in a searchable database for access.

It was even possible to finish the facility ahead of schedule.

Latista™ Field helps Eli Lilly successfully implement commissioning and qualification program

Eli Lilly & Co., the tenth-largest pharmaceutical manufacturer in the world, is constantly building facilities. Spending $1B annually on construction, Lilly is concerned about quality, cost, risk management and time to market on all of its projects.

For the construction of IE42, a 158 square foot manufacturing plant in Kinsale, Ireland, Lilly implemented Latista™ Field as a central part of the project’s technology solution and unified Lilly’s CQM process for all 163 end users on the project in Ireland and at Lilly’s U.S. headquarters. Lilly was able to finish construction and occupy the site in April 2010, two months earlier than anticipated.
